  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payments via Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card.

  • All prepaid orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message or email.

  • Lamhar Store reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Lamhar Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Customized, handcrafted (Adda Work), and seasonal items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Delivery and tax charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified due to processing and dispatch procedures.

  • Prepaid orders are considered final once confirmed.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Lamhar Store.
