If the conditions outlined below are met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

Returns

• Items purchased online can be returned by post. Please contact our customer service team to receive the return address.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Products must be in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered (in accordance with statutory rights).
